The day was bright but cold with sunshine, it didn't seem to put the springers off though as they ran like mad thing things and played in the icy river, we also had some honourary springers join us for the walk too.
They weren't mad enough to go in that cold water though.
Parts of the walk were treacherous with sheet ice covering the footpaths, the springers definitely coped better on four legs then their owners did on two.
After the walk we adjourned to the on site cafe for well earned Hot chocolate and marshmallows, and a group photo.
